A day in the life of a college student can be many things including busy and broke. Still, one can always eat like a champion. Two recipes that are fairly easy to make, with ingredients that aren’t too expensive to buy, are personal pizzas and corn chip chili casserole.
*Personal Pizza Recipe

What you’ll need:
1 roll of canned biscuits
1/2 pound of ground beef
1 small can tomato sauce
1 baking sheet
Shredded cheese
What to do:
Cook beef until done
Open biscuits and flatten out with hand
Spread the beef on the opened biscuits and pour tomato sauce on top
Sprinkle with cheese
Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted and biscuits are brown
With this recipe, you can use any flavor of cheese and more toppings to your liking.
*Corn chip chili casserole recipe

What you’ll need:
1 medium package corn chips
1/9 ounces can chili
1 cup grated cheese
1 small onion (optional)
Baking dish
What to do:
Pour two cups of corn chips into dish
Place onion and 1/2 cup of cheese on chips
Pour chili over this mix
Top with remaining chips and cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes
With this recipe, you can also add many other ingredients such as peppers or beans.
