Details of Chris Creighton's five-year contract

Creighton graduated from Kenyon College in 1991 with his bachelor’s degree and received his master’s degree in 1993 from Concordia University Chicago while at the same time taking on duties as offensive coordinator for their football team.

Eastern Michigan University football coach Chris Creighton will make a base annual salary of $400,000 according to his new contract, which will last a maximum of five seasons.

If the Eagles win or share the Mid-American Conference Western Division title, Creighton will be entitled to a lump sum bonus payment equal to $10,000.

For each academic year the team has a cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.0 or higher for the academic year, then the Employee shall be entitled to a lump sum bonus of $5,000.
