Creighton will make an additional $25,000 if Eastern makes a bowl game and another $25,000 if it wins the bowl game.
If the Eagles win or share the Mid-American Conference Western Division title, Creighton will be entitled to a lump sum bonus payment equal to $10,000.
For each academic year the team has a cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.0 or higher for the academic year, then the Employee shall be entitled to a lump sum bonus of $5,000.
Creighton was hired to the position in December.
