Police are following up on the case and the students may face discipline under the Student Code of Conduct and Community Standards.

Once stopped, the passenger admitted that he had been previously driving and hit another car. Both the driver and passenger were given a preliminary breath test and failed. They were taken to Washtenaw County Jail and the case has been forwarded to the county prosecutor.
