Starting Monday, Eastern Michigan University's Native Feminism class is going to be doing a presentation called Contemporary Natives: Thriving Despite North America Display on the Student Center lower level. This all-day event is free.
The military is going to be holding an open recruiting fair at noon. At the Bowen Field House, students will be able to experience what it would be like to serve in the armed forces through simulation trucks, a naval diving tank, etc. This is free and LBC approved.

If you are a business student thinking about grad school, the COB will be holding an open house about the programs available, Tuesday. Starting at 11:00 a.m., the free event will give details on the many programs available. It lasts until 3:00 p.m. If you apply there, you can get a waiver for the $45 application fee.
Being a military veteran in the United States is difficult. At 5:30 p.m. in the Student Center Auditorium, the Talk Culture Series will be focusing on Life of a Minority Veteran. This is free and LBC approved.
Wednesday, Nov. 11
EMU's interim president and provost Kim Schatzel will be hosting the Thanksgiving Luncheon, Wednesday and Thursday, at 11:30 a.m. For $5 this annual dinner will serve traditional Thanksgiving food.
Snow Health Center is going to have its fall open house Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Students will be able to get free flu shots, participate in games, a raffle and free food. This even is LBC approved.
