Sophia Goebel, an Early College Alliance student

"I met Kim Scahtzel and she seems nice. She actually knows my dad so she talked to me coming to Eastern and joining the high school program. But that was before she was Interim President. So, I don’t know. I don’t feel like it’s going to affect me that much.”

Kyndall Freeman, a junior criminology major

“I can kind of understand like if you have a better offer -- specifically for you. It’s going to make your life better. She knows none of us by name, or the majority of us, so if it’s going to help her life in the long run, I know I would do it.”

Nicholas Holmes, a junior criminal justice major

“It sucks when you know one stepped down and the other one is basically like 'bye.' So, alright, who’s in charge now?”
