1⁄2 lb beef
1. In a bowl combine beef and seasonings, mix well, and shape into 4 patties.
2. Preheat browning dish by microwaving on high for 1 minute. Place the patties on the dish and microwave for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes. Flip the patties and microwave for another 1-1/2 to 2 minutes. Place cheese on top and microwave for another minute. Note: at the end cut burger open to ensure it is cooked all the way through.
3. Place patties on buns and top with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, and any condiments you may want.
