02414 -- Scott Stephenson Eastern Echo Scholarship:  This expendable scholarship is for the benefit of student(s) in the School of Communication, Media & Theater Arts in the College of Arts & Sciences.  It will be awarded to a full or part-time junior or senior EMU student majoring in journalism and working for the Eastern Echo.  The student should be working to self-finance their education and not be eligible for need-based grants.

00825 -- Student Media Development:  Provides support for the Student Media program.

Sunday, Dec. 2 

The Huron Valley Ambulance transported a student to the hospital after the student ingested a marijuana brownie in Buell Residence Hall at 12:27 a.m. 

Personal items were stolen from the locker room of Warner Gymnasium between 2:35 p.m. - 4:20 p.m. 

A student reported receiving harassing messages on social media from her computer in the Westview Building F at 7:09 p.m. 

Monday, Dec. 3

A driver was reported for driving with their license suspended at Leforge Road and Woburn Drive at 1:29 a.m. 

A driver was reported for driving with with a suspended license and not having their operator’s license with them at West Cross Street and North Hamilton Street at 2:09 a.m. 

Students from the Early College Alliance were reported for possession of suspected marijuana at 221 King at 3:38 p.m. 

Tuesday, Dec. 4 

A driver was reported for having no vehicle insurance at North Huron River Drive and Leforge Road at 3:52 a.m. 

A driver was reported for lacking a operator’s license at North Huron River Drive and Leforge Road at 4:11 a.m. 

A vehicle was reported for striking another vehicle and failing to stop and identify at Cob Parking Structure between 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Items were stolen from the Pease Auditorium between Nov. 11, 7 p.m. - Nov. 19, 10:30 a.m. The crime was reported on Dec. 4, 12:15 p.m. 

A vehicle caused damage to property at the Ann Street Lot between Dec. 3, 9:40 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. The crime was reported Dec. 4, 2:43 p.m. 

A driver was reported for lacking vehicle insurance at North Hamilton Street and West Michigan Avenue at 4:58 p.m. 

An individual was arrested for possession of marijuana at North Huron River Drive and Cornell Road at 6:45 p.m. 

Wednesday, Dec. 5

Suspected synthetic narcotics were found at Phelps Hall at 12:17 p.m. 

A wallet with forged identification was found at the South Oakwood Lot at 8:38 p.m. 

An individual was reported for screaming down the hallway at Pittman Residence Hall at 11:52 p.m. 

Thursday, Dec. 6

A driver failed to report striking the barricade pole at the Parking Structure at 7:40 p.m. 

A phone was stolen from the Olds Robb Student Rec at 8:55 p.m. 

Friday, Dec. 7

A driver was arrested during a traffic stop due to pre-existing warrants at East Michigan Avenue and River Road at 6:29 p.m. 

Saturday, Dec. 8

A hit and run occurred at North Adams Street and West Cross Street at 1:17 a.m. The driver failed to stop and identify.
