The Eastern Michigan University Eagles volleyball team defeated the Ball State Cardinals in four sets by scores of 25-21, 23-25, 25-18 and 28-26 to pick up their 21st win of the season and improve to 21-9 (9-6 MAC).

Rachel Iaquaniello and Kristen Baker led the way for the Eagles, Iaquaniello contributed 17 kills and Baker chipped in 16 kills while maintaining a .556 attack percentage. Ashley Mason and Haley Stein had a successful match too.

Mason accumulated 52 assists, and 16 digs and Stein added 15 digs respectively on the night. The Eagles as a team had a combined hitting percentage of .301.

The Eagles next match is Saturday, Nov. 12 against the Toledo Rockets; in Toledo. The match is set to begin at 5 p.m. If the Eagles defeat Toledo they could be the fifth seed in the MAC Tournament.
