The Eastern Michigan University Eagles defeated the Northern Illinois Huskies during an away game by a
score of 77-57.

Tavelyn James led the Eagles in scoring with 29 points. Natachia Watkins was able to score 18
points and also led the Eagles in rebounding by grabbing 12. Paige Redditt came away with ten points
and four rebounds. Olivia Fouty hauled down five rebounds.

The Eagles shot 44.8 percent from the field goal range and 40 percent from the three point arc. The
team was also able to sink 80.8 percent of their free throws.

Kim Davis scored 26 points for the Huskies and was also the lead rebounder with nine. Jenna Thorp and
Satavia Taylor were both able to end the game with eight points. Thorp also pulled down six rebounds.

The Huskies shot 88.5 percent from the free throw line. The team shot 34.8 percent from the field goal
range and 22.2 percent from beyond the arc.

The Eagles play again Feb. 21 at home. Tip-off will be at 7 p.m.
