What have we learned since the last race to the White House? We’ve learned that a professor of constitutional law has no more regard for civil rights and liberties than a Texas oilman.

Dear Mr. Tatum,
I am also disappointed in the fact of no indictments against Wall Street, however, the raising of obscene amounts for political campaigns, lies at the feet of the Supreme Court in its decision to allow it. What do you think political candidates are going to do? Say things like, “I don’t believe in the Supreme Court’s decision, so I will be above it all, and not go after the really big money”. Give me a break. The only way to stop this is to have a law that limits the days one can campaign, and limits the amount of money that can be spent. Otherwise you are just blowing hot air at all of this.

Kenneth Barna you’re an idiot, Mr. Tatum tried to point out the obvious fact that Obama has been bought by the big banks, and maybe that point isn’t to obvious because it went right over your head!

Dear Kevin,
The point did not go over my head. You obviously have only one point, and that is to go after President Obama.
When I said I was disappointed with no indictments, what do you think that was supposed to mean? That I was in favor of no punishments for those banks or their executives?
President Obama may be bought by the big banks, however you are the one missing the main point to the article. It’s called fund raising. Whether it is done by banks or corporations, it is getting out of hand, and that was my point about the Supreme Court’s decision to allow all kinds of money to flow into campaign coffers of the candidates pacs, and they don’t have to acknowledge it.
It’s really sad that you only got one small part of what the article was about. You need to read more carefully, before you name call.
