Singer Whitney Houston dead at 48

At approximately 8 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 11, the Associated Press reported the world-famous pop singer Whitney Houston had died. This was confirmed by Houston’s publicist in a statement to the Associated Press.

As of this writing, the cause, exact time and location of her death have yet to be confirmed.
