Amber Alert cancelled for missing teen;Two men arrested

The search for a missing 14-year-old girl came to a close after she walked into Eastern Michigan University’s Department of Public Safety Saturday.

Selena Leroux Riggins was missing since Thursday afternoon.

Two Ypsilanti men have been arrested.

Wayne William Rankin, 25, and Woodrow Roosevelt Williams II, 25,are facing first-degree criminal sexual conduct charges.
