With the world now continually and rapidly changing on all of us, the way we used to live our lives is no longer how we currently live our lives.
Through my hardest moments and the hardest times in my life, I’ve struggled. I’ve found myself struggling a lot.
Something I have always struggled with my entire life is telling people how I feel, or talking about my feelings. It is obvious that everyone has their own things going on in our lives, and we never really know what is going on in the lives of our friends unless we make an effort to ask or be there.
I have learned a lot about friendships. I have learned that some friends are really good and some friends can also be really toxic. Within the past few years, I really started doing a lot of reflecting on both the good and bad friends I’ve had in my life. Something I have found myself wondering a lot about is how actually work through toxic friendships.

Taylor Swift said once, "May you take notice of the things in your life that are nice and make you feel safe and maybe even find wonderment in them.
