The Eastern Michigan University women’s basketball team is losing one of its players – guard Haley Moore tweeted Monday night that she is transferring to Wayne State College in Nebraska.

The EMU athletic department confirmed Monday that Moore was no longer a member of the team.

“sad to say i won’t be attending eastern next year, but so excited to start a new journey at wayne state!! #gowildcats,” Moore tweeted.
