01049 -- EMU Echo Editor Endowed Scholarship:  Provides financial support for the current EMU Echo Editor.

02414 -- Scott Stephenson Eastern Echo Scholarship:  This expendable scholarship is for the benefit of student(s) in the School of Communication, Media & Theater Arts in the College of Arts & Sciences.  It will be awarded to a full or part-time junior or senior EMU student majoring in journalism and working for the Eastern Echo.  The student should be working to self-finance their education and not be eligible for need-based grants.

00825 -- Student Media Development:  Provides support for the Student Media program.

Police Blotter Oct. 14 - Oct. 20

Sunday, Oct. 14

No crimes occurred 

Monday, Oct. 15

A driver failed to stop and identify after hitting another car in the South Oakwood Lot between 9 a.m. and  11 a.m. The crime was reported at 11:04 a.m. 

A student in Phelps Residence Hall was reported for possession and use of marijuana at 7:32 p.m.

Tuesday, Oct. 16

A student was reported for disturbing the peace in the Eastern Eateries at 10:42 p.m. 

Wednesday, Oct. 17

A student reported inappropriate and unwanted touching while in Walton Residence Hall between 1 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. The student reported the incident at 10:32 a.m. 

A driver failed to stop and identify after an accident in the Hoyt Lot between Oct. 16, 3 p.m. and Oct. 17, 10 a.m. The crime was reported on Oct 17, 2:16 p.m. 

Thursday, Oct. 18 

A sign was stolen from the yards outside Pray Harrold on Oct. 17, between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. The crime was reported on Oct. 18, 2:24 p.m.  

An individual reported receiving harassing phone calls and threats at 876 Railroad Street at 5:50 p.m.

A wallet was stolen and a credit card from that wallet illegally used in Pray Harrold between 2 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. The crime was reported at 8:03 p.m.

Friday, Oct. 19 

No crimes occurred 

Saturday, Oct. 20 

No crimes occurred
