02414 -- Scott Stephenson Eastern Echo Scholarship:  This expendable scholarship is for the benefit of student(s) in the School of Communication, Media & Theater Arts in the College of Arts & Sciences.  It will be awarded to a full or part-time junior or senior EMU student majoring in journalism and working for the Eastern Echo.  The student should be working to self-finance their education and not be eligible for need-based grants.

00825 -- Student Media Development:  Provides support for the Student Media program.

Sunday, November 11

A mask was stolen from the AED case in Pray-Harrold at 2:36 p.m. 

A driver was reported for having an expired plate during a routine traffic stop at South Hamilton Street and Ferris Street at 5:20 p.m. 

Monday, November 12

A driver failed to stop and identify after causing property damage at Ford Commuter Lot at 1:57 p.m. 

Tuesday, November 13

No crimes occurred

Wednesday, November 14

A student threatened violence against another student at Olds Robb Rec IM at 4:58 p.m.  

A student reported a sexual assault that happened at an off campus apartment between Oct. 25, 12 a.m. - Oct. 26, 3 a.m. The crime was reported on Nov. 11, 5:27 p.m. 

A student reported a suspicious social media email at Hoyt Residence Hall at 7:22 p.m. The same email was noted for possible stalking behavior. 

A third party reported a sexual assault that occurred at Walton Residence Hall at 9:14 p.m. 

Thursday, November 15

A driver was arrested and lodged with DV warrants at North Washington Street and West Michigan Avenue at 3:20 p.m. 

An individual was reported for tailgating outside Phelps Residence Hall and refusing to show their ID at 9:01 p.m. 

Friday, November 16

The Ypsilanti Police Department responded to a personal injury as a result of a traffic crash at Oakwood Street and Huron River Drive at 8:18 p.m. 

A student was reported for the attempted use of marijuana at Bob’s Lake House at 1:36 a.m.

A reported stalker caused damage to a vehicle tire at the Hoyt Lot between Nov. 10, 3 p.m. and Nov. 16, 11:30 a.m. 

Saturday, November 17

Damage to a wall at the Brown Apartments was reported at 7:03 p.m. 

Sunday, November 18

An individual falsely misrepresented receiving his delivery order at Phelps Residence Hall at 8:50 p.m. 

Monday, November 19

No crimes occurred 

Tuesday, November 20 

A sign was stolen from the Student Center between Nov. 10, 9 a.m. and Nov. 20, 12 a.m. The crime was reported on Nov. 20, 3:42 p.m. 

An individual admitted to using marijuana at Hoyt Residence Hall at 5:26 p.m. 

Wednesday, November 21

No crimes occurred

Thursday, November 22

No crimes occurred 

Friday, November 23

The Ypsilanti Police Department reported an individual for the possession of obscene and pornographic material at 1335 North Huron River Drive at 5:11 p.m.

Saturday, November 24

No crimes occurred
