Growing Hope blossoms along Michigan Avenue

Managed by volunteers, Growing Hope is a urban community farm, where people gather to grow their own food. Since 2003, the nonprofit organization has aided the community through local food production and education. The farm is a place where working-class families can have a small plot and assistance in tending their gardens. The farm also grows fruits and vegetables that are sold at the Ypsilanti Farmers MarketPlace
