Honors College Pancake Breakfast

EMU honors students and faculty ran the Honors College Pancake Breakfast together in room 107 at the Honors College on Friday, Jan. 16, 2026. The breakfast included a variety of pancakes, such as cinnamon apple, blueberry, chocolate chip and plain in addition to toppings of butter, syrup and even whipped cream. The Honors College hosts a pancake breakfast once every month, so there will be many more opportunities for free pancakes in the future. (Gallery by Owen Cardenas)
