The third panel shows a small gray rat running around inside the apartment as the landlord reminds Stella that tenants are responsible for all utilities, Wi-Fi, and repairs. The final panel shows an aghast Stella unable to believe that this rat-infested place could be any sort of luxurious apartment.

The first panel of this comic shows Gregory wearing a green shirt and asking Atticus if he really looks like a vampire while thinking he should try harder to hide the fact that he is one. The second panel shows Atticus wearing a red shirt and telling Gregory that he does not look like a vampire while simultaneously thinking his roommate definitely looks like one. However, Atticus decides not to say anything. The third panel shows Gregory grinning and insisting that he is not a vampire before going to the bathroom. The final panel shows a frustrated Gregory in the bathroom letting out a sigh.
