The duo that make up the metal vigilante, Steel Eagle, meet up after Ryan met with his old friend, Angela Hawk. But Ryan has learned Angela's company is making a combat suit similar to the other half of his secret identity, the A.I. operated aviation combat suit, Swoop. What does this mean for the duo going forward?
