EMU men's basketball team falls to Bulls

For only the second time this season, Eastern Michigan men’s basketball team lost at home, falling to the University of Buffalo 78-63. After shooting over 50 percent in the previous two games, EMU struggled only converting on 36 percent of its field goal attempts. “We never got anything going,” EMU coach Rob Murphy said.


EMU upsets U of M 45-42

Playing a stifling zone defense, Eastern Michigan Basketball upset the University of Michigan at the Crisler Center Tuesday night, winning 45-42. EMU coach Rob Murphy said it was not only a huge win for EMU basketball but the entire athletic department. The Wolverines had no answer for the Eagles swarming defense which invaded Michigan passing lanes and contested every shot UofM tried to put up.
