Eastern Michigan University junior gymnast Anna Willette finished tied for 39th out of 42 on the balance beam at the National Collegiate Athletic Association Regional at the Maravich Center on the campus of the Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, La., Saturday.

The field was coated in a thin layer of snow before EMU's game against CMU on 29 November in Mt. Pleasant.

The Eastern Michigan University men’s golf team competed in the Middleburg Bank Intercollegiate tournament from March 23-25. The team played some of its best golf all season, finishing in seventh place out of the 27 teams participating in the tournament, shooting 879 as a team.

The motivation of doing well drove Eastern Michigan University Anna Willette gymnast to succeed in every meet this season. Her hard work paid off as she qualified for the National Collegiate Athletic Association Regional Championships, the organization announced in its gymnastics championship release Monday, March 24.

Creighton graduated from Kenyon College in 1991 with his bachelor’s degree and received his master’s degree in 1993 from Concordia University Chicago while at the same time taking on duties as offensive coordinator for their football team.
