At the Board of Regents meeting Tuesday, the chair and vice chair were re-elected.
Mike Morris will keep his position as chair and Mary Treder Lang will remain the vice chair.
Morris is an Eastern Michigan alumnus. He has been on the board since February 2011. Last year, he succeeded former regent Francine Parker. His position is set to expire Dec. 31, 2018.
Treder Lang served as vice chair of the board last year. Governor Snyder appointed her to the Board of Regents in December 2012, and her term will end in in December 2020.
