02414 -- Scott Stephenson Eastern Echo Scholarship:  This expendable scholarship is for the benefit of student(s) in the School of Communication, Media & Theater Arts in the College of Arts & Sciences.  It will be awarded to a full or part-time junior or senior EMU student majoring in journalism and working for the Eastern Echo.  The student should be working to self-finance their education and not be eligible for need-based grants.

00825 -- Student Media Development:  Provides support for the Student Media program.

Nov. 9

Officers cited a Westview Apartment resident for a noise complaint at 3:09 a.m.

An intoxicated subject in the Rynearson Parking Lot fell and hit his head at 5:53 p.m.

A student was found unconscious in Wise Hall from a heroin overdose at 7:17 p.m.

Nov. 10

A subject in the Student Center parking lot intentionally broke a cell phone at 12:59 a.m.

Nov. 11

A subject in Buell Hall brandished a knife at 3:48 a.m.

Nov. 12

A notebook daily planner and files were reported stolen from an office in Pierce Hall at 3:42 p.m.

A student reported scratches to a vehicle while it was parked in the Sill parking lot at 3:51 p.m.

A subject in the Dining Commons was arrested for creating a disturbance and running from the police at 5:28 p.m.

A student in Village Building F was found to have a small amount of marijuana in his possession at 8:06 p.m.

An unattended jacket was reported stolen from a bathroom in the Warner Gymnasium at 7:40 p.m.

A subject in the Hoyt parking lot was cited for possession of paraphernalia and found in possession of a small amount of marijuana at 11:36 a.m.

Nov. 13

A flat cart was reported stolen from the parking structure at 8:23 a.m.

Nov. 14

Subjects in Wise Hall admitted to smoking marijuana and were found in possession of a small amount of marijuana at 1:54 a.m.

An iPhone was reported stolen from the Rec/IM at 9:42 a.m.

Nov. 15

A subject was found naked and hallucinating at Putnam Hall and was transported to a hospital at 12:29 a.m.

An underage female provided false information and was cited for Minor in Possession at Sellers Hall at 12:55 a.m.

Underage subjects in Sellers Hall were found in possession of alcohol and LSD at 1:20 a.m.

An intoxicated minor in Walton Hall was cited for Minor in Possession and admitted to smoking marijuana at 3:00 a.m.

A naked man was found hallucinating by the Sellers parking meters at 5:57 a.m.

A book bag was reported stolen from an office in the College of Business at 4:22 p.m.

Nov. 16

A small amount of marijuana was found in a Walton Hall room at 12:44 a.m.
