Debris, the winter 2014 BFA senior exhibition, will be on display from March 24 to April 2. Showcasing art from upcoming BFA students, the exhibition will be located in Eastern Michigan University’s Ford Gallery and will include graphic design, painting, photography, video and more.

Debris is curated and installed entirely by students, including Capstone students Adam Pete, Alexandra Dietz, Arezo Korourian, Bonnie Lobbestael, Brett Trombley, Casey Dickerson, Donald Morris, Emma Buck, Eric Fine, Jared Sternberg, Myron Brownie, Rita Hillman and Victoria Behne, all under the guidance of assistant art professor Jason Ferguson.

According to the emich.edu catalog the Capstone course “provides direction for their future professional careers and gives students an immersive experience by requiring them to exhibit and disseminate their work.”

Gallery hours are Monday and Thursday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will also be a reception for Debris on March 26 from 4-7 p.m.
