The Eagles lost 65-48 to Western Michigan on Sunday when they were forced to play without the team’s leading scorer, Brandon Bowdry. Bowdry was suspended due to “conduct detrimental to the team.”
The Eagles played poorly on offense, shooting 36 percent from the field, turning the ball over 17 times.
Western Michigan rebounded the Eagles, 46-30.

On Saturday, Nov. 13, the Eastern Michigan University wrestling team traveled to East Lansing to compete in the Michigan State University Open at Jenison Field House. EMU had two wrestlers place: Filberto Colon, in the 133-lbs. weight class, finishing fourth and Mike LeHolm in the141-lbs. weight class who also earned fourth place.
