This year, the Eastern Michigan homecoming halftime show will feature EMU alumni Drew De Four and Colleen "Kin" Curran, a husband-and-wife team who have garnered international acclaim as a piano-rock duo.

Students who walk around EMU's recreation park and Lake House can observe the colorful koi fish in the water of the pond. Beyond the moments of relaxation, the pond and the koi fish tell a story of the history of the university's recreational facility. Also, the way koi fish live in the pond during both the warm summer and freezing winter might be surprising.
