After five of the most successful years in Eastern Michigan women’s basketball history, EMU announced the resignation of coach AnnMarie Gilbert effective April 6.

FTB off the menu for Eastern Michigan

Workers’ rights are at the top of the list of issues for one EMU student organization, and they are taking major steps to ensure the university is up to speed with institutions across the country. The Eastern Michigan University tennis team defeated Ball State 5-2 on Friday to improve to 2-0 in the Mid-American Conference. The Eagles’ dual teams did not let Ball State overcome them, and they won all of their three doubles matches by scores of 8-3.

A recent break-in and attempted larceny in the Warner pool locker rooms has angered members of the Eastern Michigan University chapter of the American Association of University Professors, who have been lobbying for increased security in the locker rooms since May 2011.
