Deadmau5 performs at EMU Convocation Center

Deadmau5, commonly mispronounced as Dead-mau-5, is an electronic/“house” DJ known for his television appearance on this year’s MTV VMAs and the gigantic Mickey Mouse-like head he sports at his shows.

'Fantasies' series to premier at Pease

“Classical music?” said Ryan Morris, a transfer student from Henry Ford Community College. “Isn’t that what they play at the dentist?” Sure, maybe a symphony by Bach or Beethoven can be heard in the waiting room of a doctor’s office, but classical music is more than just filler for the ears or “Baby Einstein” videos. “What dentist do you go to?” professor Joel Schoenhals asked with a laugh.

New Weezer album expected to play safe

Weezer has been playing it safe lately. Putting their single as the opening song, appropriately titled “Memories,” Rivers Cuomo (vocals/guitar) demonstrates his talent in writing the perfect pop song.
