EMU football overcomes 18-point deficit to defeat CMU in homecoming win to remember

Eastern Michigan University staged a dramatic comeback during their Homecoming game against Central Michigan University, overcoming an 18-point deficit to secure a 38-34 victory. Quarterback Cole Snyder led the charge with three touchdown passes, while the defense delivered critical stops to seal the win, marking Head Coach Chris Creighton’s record-setting 33rd MAC victory.

EMU inducts Sow and Ryland into football Ring of Honor

Sidy Sow and Chad Ryland were inducted into Eastern Michigan University's Ring of Honor during a Hall of Fame Day ceremony at Rynearson Stadium on Sept. 21, 2024. Both alumni, drafted by the New England Patriots, joined a prestigious group of 52 EMU athletes recognized for their All-American honors or NFL careers, continuing a tradition that dates back to 2003.
