How he can come in with the task of eliminating the deficit, but end up almost $100 million MORE in the hole? Or how he can lay off, close schools, etc., while providing high-paying jobs for his friends/past work associates? What track record does he have that would lend enough credibility to choose him as the keynote speaker on ethics? He certainly has not proven himself yet with DPS!
