Campus:

Feb. 23- A subject admitted to smoking marijuana at 12:09 a.m. in Walton Hall.

An intoxicated and suicidal minor was transported to the hospital for treatment at 3:09 a.m. from Cornell Court Apartments.

A subject loitering at 9:44 p.m. near the College of Business parking structure was issued a trespass notice.

Feb. 24- An intoxicated minor was cited for minor in possession and interfering with police at 1:08 a.m. in Sellers Hall.

A subject was arrested for marijuana possession and several outstanding warrants at 9:12 p.m. at the COB.

Feb. 25- Several guests being too loud were issued citations for disturbing the public peace at 12:14 a.m. in the Village.

A pull station was activated without an emergency present at 1:04 a.m. in Sellers Hall.

Roommates were issued disorderly conduct citations after a disagreement at 2:22 a.m.

Feb. 26- A subject was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia after being found with a small amount of marijuana at 5:32 p.m. in Warner Gymnasium.

An intoxicated disorderly subject resisted and assaulted officers at 10:18 p.m. in the COB parking structure.

Local:

Feb. 22- An armed robbery occurred in the 500 block of East Clark Road after a suspect entered the store and approached the cashier. The suspect produced a black handgun and told the cashier to empty the cash register. The cashier emptied the cash register and gave the money to the suspect. The suspect also demanded two cartons of Newport cigarettes, which the cashier gave him, and told the cashier “my babies don’t have no food at home.” The suspect then fled the store at 6:10 a.m.

A 1999 Dodge Stratus was stolen at 9:14 a.m. from the 1000 block of Chestnut Drive.

A GPS system and flashlight were taken from an automobile around 5:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of Frances Way.

A 1998 Chevrolet Lumina was stolen at 9:00 p.m. from the 2000 block of Rawsonville Road.

A 1999 Mercury Mountaineer was stolen at 8:30 p.m. from the 9000 block of Ascot Drive.

Feb. 23- A laptop computer was taken from a residence at 9:40 p.m. in the 900 block of East Forest Avenue after a suspect pried open a window to gain entry.

Feb. 24- A 1999 Chevrolet Malibu was stolen at 1:30 a.m. from the 700 block of Browning Court after the suspect got into an argument with the victim.

Feb. 25- A man was arrested for attempting to force open an apartment door in the 2000 block of Lakeshore Boulevard. Deputies determined the suspect and victim had a verbal argument on the telephone and the suspect drove to the individual’s apartment at 2:40 a.m. to try to gain entry while in possession of a shotgun.

An armed robbery occurred in the 1000 block of Textile Road after three suspects approached a delivery person in the parking lot. The first suspect demanded the victim give him all his “stuff,” the second suspect produced a small black revolver handgun and pointed it at the victim. Both suspects took items from the victim. Suspect 1 then punched the victim in the facial area and the victim fell to the ground. All three suspects ran northbound from the location at 5:59 a.m. An unknown amount of cash, cell phone and I-Pod were taken. The victim was not injured and did not require medical attention.

Audio-visual equipment was stolen from the 2000 block of Holmes Road at 9 p.m. after a suspect opened an unlocked door to gain entry.

Two video game systems and miscellaneous video games were taken around 9 p.m. from the 600 block of Belmont Drive.

Feb. 26- A handgun, shotgun, rifle, two MP3 players and miscellaneous jewelry were taken from a residence around 7:30 p.m. in the 800 block of Tyler Road after a suspect broke out a basement window.

Feb. 28- Two wristwatches, laptop computer, television set and a black leather coat were taken at 1 p.m. from the 2000 block of Sunnyglen after a suspect pried open a door to gain entry.

An X-box game system, CD stereo with woofer and speakers, and a CD player were taken at 4 p.m. in the 100 block of Stevens Drive.

March 1- At 12:45 a.m. in the 600 block of Woburn Drive, two video game systems, a safe, girls bicycle, and miscellaneous DVD’s were taken.

March 2- An attempted home invasion occurred at 3:14 a.m. in the 1000 block of Wismer Street after a suspect threw a large object through a rear window of the residence. The homeowners woke up and confronted several suspects at the rear of the residence before the suspects entered the residence. The homeowners called 911 and deputies responded and found a vehicle occupied by several subjects parked away from the incident location.

A GPS and portable CD player were taken from an automobile in the 300 block of Edison Street.
