Campus:

March 24— At 10:34 p.m., two underage subjects were found intoxicated in Phelps Hall.

March. 25— Drug paraphernalia and open intoxicants were found in a vehicle at 9:02 p.m. on Washtenaw Avenue and Mansfield Street.

March. 26— At 12:50 a.m., an intoxicated minor was found in Phelps Hall.
At 4:24 p.m.it was reported cell phone accounts were opened in a student’s name who lives in Phelps Hall.

March. 27— A male was cited for possessing open intoxicants at 8:23 p.m. on West Cross Street near Ballard Street.

March. 28— At 4:28 p.m., a vehicle was keyed on the driver’s side in the south Oakwood parking lot.

March 29 — A subject was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear on retail fraud charges.

A subject upset with parking department began acting disorderly at 3:47 p.m. near the Oakwood parking lot meters. Items were taken from a vehicle at 3:54 p.m. in the Oakwood paid lot. At 11:36 p.m. an apartment room was forcefully broken into in the Village.
