Sept. 2

A verbal argument over a missing cell phone occurred at 2:27 a.m. on Huron Street.

An underage subject was found to be intoxicated at 4:58 a.m. at Phelps Residence Hall.

An officer was informed about roommates in possession of and using marijuana at 2:43 p.m. at Wise Residence Hall.

$20 was taken from a purse at 7:50 p.m. at Best Residence Hall.

Sept. 3

A subject was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license and turned over to Pittsfiled Township Police on a failure to appear warrant at 6:53 p.m. at Leforge and Green roads.

A vehicle was reported keyed at 11:20 p.m. at the Student Center parking lot. The crime occurred between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m.

A non-student was cited for possession drug paraphernalia at 11:25 p.m. at Wise Residence Hall.

Sept. 4

A phone booth was damaged at 8:29 a.m. at Quirk Theatre.

A boyfriend assaulted his girlfriend at 2:56 p.m. at the North Campus Lot.

Personal property was stolen from a vehicle at 4:51 p.m. on Emmet Street.

Sept. 5

A student informed an officer of a sexual assault from the previous year at 12:22 a.m. at Best Residence Hall. The crime occurred between 9 p.m. on Nov. 21, 2011 and 1 a.m. on Nov. 22, 2011.

A subject left the scene of an accident at 2 p.m. at Oakwood Parking Lot.

Sept. 6

A physical altercation occurred between a non-student and an unknown subject at 1:12 a.m. at the Dining Commons.

A male trespassing on campus was found to be intoxicated at 1:40 a.m. at the Dining Commons.

A hang tag was reported stolen from a vehicle at 10:33 a.m. at the North Campus Lot. The theft occurred between Aug. 30 at 2 p.m. and
Sept. 5 at 12 p.m.

A subject was arrested on a criminal bench warrant for possession of narcotic paraphernalia at 1:47 p.m. on Oakwood Street.

A subject was cited for trespassing at 4:43 p.m. at the College of Business parking structure.

A subject was lodged on a failure to appear warrant for driving with a suspended license at 5:41 p.m. at Pearl and Ballard streets.
Subjects were yelling and barking from a window at 6:06 p.m. at Buell Residence Hall.
