Sept. 29

A subject was found in possession of marijuana at the North Campus parking lot at 4:56 p.m.

Sept. 30

An underage subject was cited for possession of alcohol at 1:45 a.m. at Wise Residence Hall and transported to Saint Joseph Mercy Hospital for treatment.

A subject was cited for public intoxication after creating a disturbance at 2:04 a.m. at Normal and Pearl streets.

A subject was cited for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption at 3:25 a.m. at Buell Residence Hall.

Two ashtrays were broken at 12:03 p.m. at the College of Business parking structure.

Subjects were arguing over property at 7:15 p.m. in the lobby of Pittman Residence Hall.

A subject trespassing on campus was seen tailgating into a residence hall at 7:36 p.m. at Best Residence Hall.

Oct. 1

A subject trespassing on campus was found to be intoxicated and was issued a citation at 9:07 p.m. at Sill Hall.

Oct. 2

A subject was arrested on an Eastern Michigan University Police Department bench warrant for driving with a suspended license at 1:23 a.m. at Oakwood Street.

A subject was charged with arson at 11:41 a.m. at Sellers Residence Hall.

A wallet was stolen from an unsecured locker at 1:52 p.m. at the Rec/IM.

A subject posted bond on a failure to appear warrant for a MIP at 10:13 p.m. at Huron Street and Forest Avenue.

Local

Sept. 24

Unknown suspect(s) smashed out a rear door and stole a flat screen television and numerous tools from a home in the 2200 block of Valley Drive in Ypsilanti Township. Also stolen was a 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle, two door, black in color. It appears the vehicle sustained damage to the left rear corner and right side while the suspect(s) drove it out of the garage.

A Wii system, PS3 video game system and a flat screen television were stolen between 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. from a home in the 9800 block of High Meadow Drive in Superior Township. The suspect(s) gained entry to the home through a basement door.
