On Sunday, Eastern Michigan University students, staff and faculty gathered at Gallup Park in Ann Arbor for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. There is no known cure for the disease, a form of dementia common among older adults that eventually leads to death, but events like these aim to raise money for research and support.
