Nov. 16

A student was suspected of marijuana use in Hoyt Hall at 6:41 p.m. Nothing was found, and the student was not charged.

A student was caught committing retail fraud after pouring a smoothie into a soda cup in the Dining Commons at 7:24 p.m. The student was not charged but will be reprimanded under the Student Code of Conduct.

Resident advisers reported damage to property after breaking the glass to a fire extinguisher in Phelps Hall at 10:20 p.m. There are no suspects or leading information at this time.

Nov. 17

A student minor was found asleep in a Hill Hall shower and was known to have possessed and consumed alcohol at 3:16 a.m. The student will not be charged but will be reprimanded under the Student Code of Conduct.

Police were called to Sellers Hall for suspected use of marijuana. The suspected student’s room was searched and nothing was found. After police left the scene, the suspected student was reported to have fled the room with a packed bag. Police caught the student on Ann Street at 3:21 p.m. with a large amount of marijuana and a partial bottle of vodka. The minor was cited for intent to sell marijuana, possession of narcotic paraphernalia and consumption, and possession and attempt to purchase alcohol.

Nov. 18

A student resident of Wise Hall reported an unidentified subject for Internet harassment at 11:12 a.m.
The suspect has threatened to post compromising pictures of the victim. There are no suspects or leading information at this time.
