Jan. 21

A student was caught using fake parking hangtags in the Bowman Lot at 9:32 a.m. The student’s car was towed, and he will face further consequences under the Student Code of Conduct.

A student who left items in a locker at the Rec/IM on Nov. 1 reported that the items and the lock on the locker were missing when the student returned on Jan 15. Rec/IM faculty claims they did not remove the lock or take the items from the locker. This investigation is ongoing.

Jan. 22

A student employee was found drunk, sleeping on the floor in Halle Library at 1:40 a.m. The student was not a minor, but will still face consequences under the Student Code of Conduct.

The Dining Commons staff reported receiving two counterfeit 20-dollar bills between 10:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Police are reviewing video, and this investigation is ongoing.

Jan. 23

A student reported being assaulted by another student at 11:45 a.m. The students are acquaintances. The student who reported the assault is not currently interested in pressing charges. The students may still face consequences under the Student Code of Conduct.
