According to an article by MLive, a 22-year-old EMU student has been accused of taping a sexual encounter with a 15-year-old girl.
According to the article, the student, Kaiel Caleb Grimes, faced the U.S. District Court May 27 on two counts of production of child pornography.
Grimes remains in custody, the article said, and is enrolled for the fall semester.
