Ronald W. Collins Distinguished Faculty and Lecturer Awards Celebration - March 19

Watch lecturers and faculty be honored at this breakfast in the Student Center Ballroom. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Student Gold Medallion Awards - March 19

Watch the awards ceremony and have some hors d'oeuvres in the Student Center Ballroom from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Funky Rivertown Fest - March 19-23

Listen to local musicians play at this five-day music festival. With a variety of genres played, the festival will be held at Riverside Arts Center. The festival will run from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday. Daily tickets are $15 each for students and Ypsilanti residents, and weekly passes are also available.

Tech Talk with Zach Wigal - March 20

Learn more about the tech industry and how to create an impact in the field. The event is located in Sill Hall 124. It is free to the public and is LBC-approved for students. The event runs from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Transcribe the Archives: Jennie's Journals - March 21

Assist the EMU Archives with transcribing the journal of Jennie Pease D'Ooge, which spans 50 years from 1886 to 1936. The event is free, and snacks are provided in Halle Library 310. It runs from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Core's Crafternoon - March 21

Come to the Lake House to learn more about the Center of Race and Ethnicity (CORE) and their April events, and to make spring-themed crafts. The event runs from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The Undergraduate Symposium - March 22

See the scholarly presentations and creative projects of fellow students in this annual one-day event. The event is located in the Student Center and runs from 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

Flying Home: VIP Day - March 23

Trying to figure out if EMU is a good match? Admitted students can attend this event and interact with future students and faculty. The event is in the Student Center and runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
