Room 100 of the Porter College of Education building transformed into a wonderful place of celebration Feb. 18, 2026. Students gathered for JoyFest, an event designed to "offer a welcoming space to relax, connect, and recharge." Students got together to eat, play games, and even partake in a bit of karaoke on this winter evening of fun.

It has been a historic February for the Eastern Michigan University golf programs, as the Mid-American Conference recently announced a clean sweep of weekly honors for the Eagles. On Feb. 20, the conference office named twins Janae and Jasmine Leovao the MAC Women’s Golfers of the Week, while freshman Robby Turnbull secured the Men’s Golfer of the Week accolade.
