“This festival has never been about one person, this festival is very much about the community and the artists,” Donald Harrison, executive director of the Ann Arbor Film Festival, said during Opening Night at the Michigan Theatre on March 27. The AAFF, celebrating its 50th annual festival this year, is one of the oldest film festivals in the world.
