Local band releases CD
By Fin Arnett | June 27Ypsilanti’s Future Genies have come a long way since their beginnings in the fall of 2010. From the early house shows playing in garages to the bigger shows at The Magic Stick and The Blind Pig, Future Genies have brought their dreamy rock and roll soundscapes to the masses. That being said, it comes bittersweet that their July 6 CD release show at Woodruffs will be one of their last shows for awhile.
