Baseball fans can enjoy the Detroit Tigers vs. Chicago White Sox game with a $34 ticket package, sponsored by Eastern Michigan University.
The package consists of a mezzanine ticket, TRUEMU t-shirt, hot dog, bag of Lay’s potato chips and Pepsi.
The game is scheduled for Wednesday, July 10 at 7 p.m. at Comerica Park. Guests are responsible for transportation.
Ticket and Service Representative for the Detroit Tigers, Greg Savage, helped organize the event.
“It’ll be a great game with the White Sox [and] Tigers,” he said. “Come with your friends.”
For every ticket sold, $5 will be donated to SOS Community Services, a charity based in Ypsilanti that helps support homeless people and families in Washtenaw County.
The charity is devoted to providing support to families in need with a food pantry, shelter and housing resources.
