This Friday, March 7, a routine test of Eastern Michigan University's Public Address System will occur.
Seven outdoor speakers will be tested, but digital alerts, including text messages and social media, will not be activated.
Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to sign up for these emergency alerts for important updates from the university.
