The latest Marvel movie tried to give an introduction to a new antihero, but sadly, “Morbius" fell flat on its face. For a movie that has been delayed 6 times over the past two years, I was hoping for something great, but ended up getting something lackluster.
Professors from Eastern Michigan University held the “Crisis in Ukraine” panel on Tuesday, March 22, to discuss the ongoing invasion of Ukraine and the historical, cultural, political, cyber warfare, and global energy implications of the crisis.
The new movie, “The Lost City”, may be one of the funniest films I have seen in a long time. Sandra Bullock's comedic energy comes into full force in this film and makes it hilarious to watch. This movie feels like an early 2000s romantic bad comedy that you just love to watch over and over (even though it's bad).
If you identify as a science fiction or comedy nerd, Netflix’s “The Adam Project” may be the movie for you. As a fan of sci-fi films in general, they are definitely hit or miss with the ability to sell you on the sci-fi aspect of the film, but this film does a great job of establishing the characters and plot, as well as the science fiction.
If you like high-action superhero movies with great cinematography and plot, this movie is for you. As an avid Marvel fan, I was shocked by how much I enjoyed this movie, but if there is one DC movie to watch, this is the one.

Food Gatherers, an Ann Arbor-based food bank and food rescue program, parterned with DoorDash to deliver groceries to food-insecure households in Washtenaw County.
Being a big fan of adventure and action movies like “National Treasure" and "Indiana Jones,“ I thought “Uncharted" would be right up my alley. The movie is based on a video game, so I was interested to see how that would play on screen. Shockingly, I was pleasantly surprised with the results.
I’ve always been a fan of murder mysteries, an example being one of my favorite shows as a kid, Matlock. Along with being a fan of Agatha Christie novels (which most murder mysteries are based on these days), including this one. So this movie definitely piqued my interest. Now I’m a fan of some book-to-screen adaptations, but not many, so I’m a harsh critique on these types of movies. With that said, as with all my reviews there will be major plot points discussed so reader beware. Buckle up and get ready to examine Death on the Nile.
After a dry spell in theaters, the next blockbuster movie emerges from the shadows and makes for a interesting film for audience viewers. A high-action sci-fi film is something I usually watch after it's out of the theatre, but I was impatiently waiting to get back to the movie theatre atmosphere. This new film titled “Moonfall,“ was off to a great start, but began to disappoint me in the second half.
‘"The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window” can be abbreiviated to TWHATSGW. The title of the show is about as long-winded as the show itself is. As with all my reviews, there will be major plot points discussed, so reader beware. Buckle up and get ready to examine TWHATSGW.

Let's begin this review with the fact that I am a sucker for anything Netflix produces. You know that it’s either going to be an epic failure you love to watch, or a really good show that you can't wait to finish. So when I saw this new thriller/horror/supernatural Netflix series, I just knew I had to watch it, and I'm glad I did. As with all of my reviews, there will be major plot points discussed, so reader beware. Buckle up and get ready to examine "Archive 81."
Eastern Michigan University archivists have created a mobile oral history recording booth, dubbed the EMU Aerie, to record community stories.
Let me begin this review by saying how much of a fan of the "Scream" franchise I am. I’ve seen all the movies upwards of 10 times and truly love the films. So when I saw they were adding another to the series I was excited, but scared they'd mess it up. When the trailers showed the movie was bringing back some of the original characters, I just knew It had to be good (and I wasn't wrong). As with all my reviews, there will be major plot points discussed, so reader beware. Buckle up and get ready to examine "Scream" (2022).
When I saw the trailer for new Netflix film “Don’t Look Up," I was confused to say the least. Starring award-winning actors like Jennifer Lawrence, Leonardo DiCaprio, Timothee Chalamet, and Meryl Streep all in a Netflix film confused me enough. The trailer was chaotic too, so I thought it would at least be an interesting movie to watch.
