I of course cannot confirm firsthand that the president labeled fallen servicemen as “losers” and “suckers,” as reported by the Atlantic. However, I don't really need to have heard him say any of it to be certain that he holds disdain for our military. There is so much other evidence to support that hypothesis.

The 2020 NFL season is set to get underway Thursday, Sept. 10, when the defending Super Bowl Champions, Kansas City, take on the Houston Texans. A full slate of NFL games will follow on Sunday and Monday night, which has me almost drooling. Fans, including myself, have been so starved for football that this Thursday feels like an actual holiday.

Every new semester brings stress, but this semester brings new meaning to the word stress. Classes have just begun, but I doubt I’m the only one feeling overwhelmed already. With the first round of the NBA postseason coming to a close, it’s time to look ahead to the second round. There are 14 remaining teams in contention for the illustrious Larry O’Brien trophy, and I predict a wildly entertaining second round. The NFL season is almost upon us, and with it comes another season of fantasy football. Whether you play with friends or with strangers, fantasy football is a fun way to stay involved with players around the NFL while trying to build the greatest team possible. With the MLB back up and rolling, I figured it was time to talk about the Tigers. I’ve written articles berating the Pistons and Lions for being so bad for so long, but the Tigers are a little bit of a different story. Yes, the Tigers haven’t made the playoffs since 2014, but they’re certainly headed in a better direction than the other two major Detroit sports teams. Personally, I think the Tigers are closer to playoff contention than the Lions and the Pistons. Let me tell you why.

With the NBA restart coming to our living rooms, I thought it would be fitting to name my selections of the All-NBA first, second and third teams. It was a tough process due to the nature of the 2019-2020 season, due to only being able to judge off of ¾ of a full season. Nevertheless, I narrowed down the 15 players I decided were deserving of all-NBA selections.

2020 has not been a great year for most people, and the world has now seemingly come to a stand still of weird emotions and occurrences. Throughout this, it is sometimes hard to feel sane and stay in a happy place. While some music is made to simply get lit to or keep you sad, now is the time to calm yourself. Lately, I have listened to some amazing female artists that have made me feel empowered and peaceful even during the most unsettling times. Here are four of my favorite tracks as of late:
