For Eastern Michigan University’s second away game in a row, the Eagles went back to Ohio to visit the Kent State Golden Flashes on Wednesday where they beat the Golden Flashes, 31-24, to mark the fifth away game in a row the team has won this season, a first in Eastern Michigan University football program history, and the Eagles’ seventh overall this season, another program first since 1987.

The Eastern Michigan University Eagles headed to InfoCision Stadium to face off against the University of Akron Zips on Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2022, where the Eagles defeated the Zips to secure bowl eligibility for the fourth consecutive year, and fifth time since 2016.
The Eagles headed to Northern Illinois University on Thursday, Oct. 20 at 4 p.m. CT. The Eagles ultimately lost 0-2 against NIU.
After a loss today, the Eagles have three more chances at bowl eligibility, with one being next week at game against Akron Zips on Nov. 8.
