02414 -- Scott Stephenson Eastern Echo Scholarship:  This expendable scholarship is for the benefit of student(s) in the School of Communication, Media & Theater Arts in the College of Arts & Sciences.  It will be awarded to a full or part-time junior or senior EMU student majoring in journalism and working for the Eastern Echo.  The student should be working to self-finance their education and not be eligible for need-based grants.

00825 -- Student Media Development:  Provides support for the Student Media program.

YPSI LIVE offers students and families in the school district free internet access during the COVID-19 crisis

In an effort to help the community during these trying times due to COVID-19, Eastern Michigan University and Ypsilanti Community Schools have teamed up on YPSI LIVE, a project that strives to increase internet access to upwards of 400 students and families in the Ypsilanti school district.

Olds-Robb Rec/IM Building renovations adding visual appeal and modern updates by fall 2020

Construction surges forward at the Olds-Robb Rec/IM Building at Eastern Michigan University. Renovations were completed on the third, fourth and fifth floor at the end of November. Construction on the remaining parts of the building are estimated to be finished by the fall 2020 semester.
