When compared to the hundreds of genres out there, rap is relatively young and has only been around for half a century. Right now, rap is in its golden age as it controls most of the mainstream music. It is extremely hard for many to see this changing anytime soon. However, rock was in the same spot before in the 90s, but by the 2000s, it became irrelevant to the masses.

New Netflix original "The Bubble" has made its debut, making you question what kind of film you’re watching, and not in a good way. Since it features so many great actors and actresses, I went into this movie very interested, but when I finished the film I had to ask myself why I wasted the time to watch it.

The Grammy’s does not only host an award ceremony but also controversy. From ethical and racial issues, to head scratching nominations, every year people are waiting for the surprise. This year, the public was confused, inspired and a little ill-mannered to the soulful genius of Jon Batiste.

The latest Marvel movie tried to give an introduction to a new antihero, but sadly, “Morbius" fell flat on its face. For a movie that has been delayed 6 times over the past two years, I was hoping for something great, but ended up getting something lackluster.

The new movie, “The Lost City”, may be one of the funniest films I have seen in a long time. Sandra Bullock's comedic energy comes into full force in this film and makes it hilarious to watch. This movie feels like an early 2000s romantic bad comedy that you just love to watch over and over (even though it's bad).

If you identify as a science fiction or comedy nerd, Netflix’s “The Adam Project” may be the movie for you. As a fan of sci-fi films in general, they are definitely hit or miss with the ability to sell you on the sci-fi aspect of the film, but this film does a great job of establishing the characters and plot, as well as the science fiction.
